BOOKING INFORMATION

If your currently reading this it is because your wanting to relax and unwind with us at Nant Ddu Spa, we can’t wait to welcome you however the Safety of the public and our staff are a main priority due to Covid, please familiarise yourself with our guidelines below before your visit.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

The Spa is pleased to announce that w are open every day. We are now offering more treatments, please check our Facebook page as we are offering more and more each month.

You will be able to book in for treatments by either phoning the spa reception on 01685 379111 or emailing us on spa@nant-ddu-lodge.co.uk, our opening hours are from 10am – 6 pm. we ask you kindly please not to come to the spa reception to book any treatments. All treatments must be booked in advance, please call before hand to ensure we have time available for treatments.

Our opening times are the same as before, 10am untill 6pm. We have had to adapt our booking method, we will try to accommodate bookings as much as possible however times will be given out upon booking.

The pool and gym are only open for members and guests staying at the hotel.

WHEN ENTERING THE SPA

Before arriving we kindly ask you to please shower. Once you have arrived at Nant Ddu Lodge we will proceed to kindly ask you to have your temperature checked by a member of staff and to sanitize your hands. If your temperature is high then we will test again however if it continues to remain high we would have to refuse treatment and to book you back in at a later date.

We will also be supplying you with our own masks upon arrival, these masks must be worn throughout the treatment to optimize the safety of yourself and our staff. If you dont want to wear the masks then unfortunately we wont be able to carry out the treatment. Prior to your treatment we will ask you to fill out our consultation forms. Once all this is done you will be taken into your treatment room where the therapist will give you time to change.

OUR TEAM

All Staff will have their temperature taken on arrival every day. They will wear their full necessary PPE throughout treatments and clean their treatment rooms thoroughly after every use. As Usual all towels will be replaced after every client.

PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE

For the benefit of all guests and staff please observe the Government social distancing guidelines. We ask anyone concerned that they may be developing Covid-19 symptoms to follow the Government advice, and self-isolate in the first instance. If you have a new continuous cough, high temperature or any other symptoms associated with Corona virus or have been advised to self-quarantine, please do not visit the spa and contact us by email to reschedule your visit.
